I really liked this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The fitness center was better than I’d expected it would be. Even the complimentary breakfast was well done. I would definitely stay here again.

Was perfect, quiet, staff very helpfull.

First off I’d like to say that the location is perfect! We walked to the Lucy museum & the comedy museum. But don’t go to the bar!! The prices are criminal!!! And the rooms don’t have a microwave! There is one down the hall though…. So odd… Jamestown is pretty sketchy at night so don’t wander too far! Lots of homeless people on the streets.

Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!
